Black Belt (Karate master)

Drum solo!

Ever since Bill and Julie surprised me with a pair of bongos on my birthday, I've had drum fever. I want to learn more about percussion, and maybe a synthetic drum pad would let me practice? I'm truly a beginner, and even a child's toy would help me learn.

DS Lite Web Browser

With this Web Browser, I can surf the web anywhere there's Wi-Fi from my Nintendo DS Lite. It's six months late coming to the U.S., and I fear it may never be released domestically. Luckily, play-asia.com has the European version for $49.90. I've actually ordered from this site before and found every aspect of the service to be top-notch.

I know I always get socks by default, but this year has been particularly difficult for Jan's sock drawer. This past summer's "I took 6 loads of laundry to the laundromat and left 1 in the dryer and didn't realize it until a week later" debacle really put a hurtin' on my sock status. I currently have about 10 "singles."

The G6 Lite is a flash ROM cartridge for Dave's Nintendo DS. It's a re-writable game cartridge, and lets me store any kind of data I want on my little handheld game machine. Not sold in any store, this is a grey-market import item. People uncomfortable with online shopping or questionable legality need not apply ;)
